CHB Skyline follows a disciplined investment and management process to minimize risk while maximizing investor returns. We maintain a wide base of strategic relationships with brokerage, owner, builder, lender and developer contacts in our target markets, and are often shown transactions before they are openly marketed.
Our real estate expertise includes significant experience in the acquisition, design, approval, construction, development, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of properties including retail, urban office buildings, residential properties, land developments and residential communities.

We have the flexibility to invest solely, or in partnership with other real estate investors and lenders. Our strategy includes the prudent use of leverage in specific situations. Some of our investments may also be made through joint ventures with local partners with specific expertise.
