Isaac Fluhr-Chapman

Mr. Isaac Fluhr-Chapman became a member of the CHBS team in 2020. Isaac currently assists CHB Skyline with the identification, evaluation and execution of real estate projects in select East Coast markets. At CHB Skyline, his primary focus has been on overseeing and managing the development process of real estate projects, from the initial planning and design phase through construction and final delivery. This includes identifying potential properties, conducting feasibility studies, securing financing, managing project budgets, coordinating with contractors and vendors, organizing tenant booking, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. 

Isaac graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Machine Learning from Boston University.
