Mr. Lior Cohen is a 20+ year seasoned international real estate executive with accomplishments in income producing assets portfolios, securitization, property management, financing, company restructuring, and venture capital investments. Lior is the managing partner of a real estate fund established in 2010 for distressed residential properties focused on fraction condos and developable land investments as well as a privately held real estate investment company focused on apartment buildings and retail properties. Lior currently serves as an active board member and or president of several condominium associations in South Florida.

Lior holds a Bachelor degree of Law (LL.B) from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzelia (IDC) and a Masters degree of Commercial Law (LL.M) from the Bar-Ilan University.
