Mr. Kelly Frazier joined CHB Skyline in 2011 and is the Acquisitions Team Lead. Prior to joining CHB, Kelly was Managing Director of Acquisitions and Advisory at Aspinwall Partners in Boston. At Aspinwall, Kelly advised on nearly 2 million square feet of transit-oriented mixed-use development. Prior to moving to Boston, Kelly was a Principal of a vertically integrated real estate focused firm in South Florida. In Florida, his firm built 43 single family homes and placed over $40 million of debt for residential and commercial real estate projects. They held advisory roles for two condo conversions of over 550 total units and a 24-unit ground up condo development in Costa Rica. Prior to starting his own firm, Kelly was a top-producing private banker at UBS. Kelly earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, an MBA in Finance and a Master of Science of Information Systems from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
