Mr. Randall Parker became a member of the CHBS team in 2015. Randall currently assists HBH Skyline with the identification, evaluation and analysis of strategic projects in select East Coast markets. At Skyline his primary focus has been on the execution of alternative asset acquisitions strategies including the identification and analysis of distressed assets and target investments for corporate housing, the preparation of investment memoranda, and assisting CHB Skyline Partners in negotiations with sellers and local partners. Randall graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
