Our history

Since 2012

CHB Skyline made its first acquisitions in South Florida in 2012 and began investing in Greater Boston in 2020.

Today we invest across the East Coast, and in India through strategic partnerships.

Since 2020, CHB Skyline principals have underwritten and evaluated $750 million of distressed assets and have managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate. Our network partners have taken part in more than $400 million of ventures.
