CHB Skyline principals have managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate in the US. Since 2020, CHB Skyline principals have underwritten and evaluated $750 million of distressed assets, including commercial and residential properties, in North America. CHB Skyline began acquiring assets in the South Florida market in 2012 and the Greater Boston market in 2020.

CHB Skyline actively seeks opportunities as a lead investor or sole stakeholder. We pursue strategic transactions in the US and India, including leveraged buyouts of seasoned companies, start-up businesses in established industries, turnarounds, special situations, strategic minority investments, corporate partnerships and industry consolidations.
